I’ve tried to keep this as painless as possible mostly because I’d much rather be knee deep in crafting projects than writing legal policies! But, to make sure everything runs smoothly, here is the lowdown on how I get your goodies to your door.


Getting Your Goods to You

The "Handmade" Timeline: Because I’m a one man band, I don’t have a massive warehouse just me, my ideas, and a lot of passion. Please allow 3-5 business days for me to prepare your items for their new home, though I’m often quicker than that!]

Shipping & Tracking: I ship everything tracked. I do this because I want to make sure your order reaches you safely, and I've learned that tracking is the best way to give us both peace of mind.Shipping Costs: I use a flat rate shipping fee. This covers your postage, tracking, and the sturdy packaging needed to make sure your order arrives in perfect condition.Going Further Afield: Currently, I only ship within the UK. If you’re outside the UK and absolutely need something, please send me a message and I’ll see if we can make it happen!


Behind the Scenes (TikTok & Socials)

Order Filming: I love filming the process of crafting and packing your orders for my TikTok page. It’s a huge part of my creative journey!

Your Privacy: If you’d prefer your order not to be filmed at all, please just leave me a note at checkout.

The "Surprise" Factor: If you’re happy for me to film your order but it’s a surprise gift, just let me know! I’m more than happy to hold off on posting the video until after a specific date so the secret stays safe.


Returns & The "Oh No" Moments

Personalised Items: Because these are made specifically for you, I cannot accept returns or offer refunds. I always use the exact spelling provided in your order notes, so please double-check those before hitting submit! I keep a log of all requests, so if I ever do make a genuine mistake on my end, I’ll always hold my hands up and make it right.

Damaged Items: I pack everything with a lot of love, but I know the post can sometimes be a bit rough. If an item arrives broken or damaged, please send me a photo of the item and the original packaging within 48 hours of delivery. (Pro tip: taking a photo as soon as you open it is great, as it is date and time-stamped!) As a small one-man band, I don't have the corporate budget to cover accidental breakages, but I’ll always work with you to find a fair solution for damaged goods.
